Everyone wants to know that they are getting their money’s
worth. Whether it’s on a new car purchase, a trendy spa treatment, or an
expensive piece of fine jewelry. We all want to get the most bangs for our
buck. So, when we aren't happy or satisfied customers, what do we do then? We
certainly don’t want to accept some in store credit that will only expire in a
couple of months. We sure don’t feel like filling out a lengthy return form and
